EPCSO searching for convicted sex offender
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) is asking for your help locating a convicted sex offender. Angel Ramos was released from prison on September 15, and failed to register with local law enforcement as a sex offender. His whereabout are unknown. Ramos was convicted for aggravated sexual assault with a child and indecency with a child. The victims were a 5 and 6 year old girls.
