EPCSO searching for wanted sex offender
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) needs your help in locating a wanted sex offender. Deputies say Edgar Horacio Lopez, 24 was not as his registered address when they went to check on him. Deputies were told he no longer lived at the residence. Lopez failed to notify the Sheriff’s office of his change of address required by law. He was convicted of indecency with a child. The victim was a 14 year old girl. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Lopez please notify the Sheriff’s Office at 915-538-2008 or 915-832-4408.
