Police arrest three after pot, heroin seizure

Two men and a woman are behind bars after investigators seized 241 pounds of pot and nearly three pounds of heroin, police officials said.

Investigators conducting an ongoing investigation executed a search warrant at a home in the 1300 block of John Phelan Thursday evening.

Police arrested Fabian Garcia, 29; Christian Dominguez, 33; and Claudia Torres, 31. All three are charged with Possession of Marijuana over 50 pounds and under 2,000 pounds, Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (heroin).

All three were booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on $510,000 bonds.

A 16-year old juvenile was detained on the same charges and turned over to the Juvenile Probation Department.
