Guns N’ Roses bringing ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour to Sun Bowl
Legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses is scheduled to perform at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso Wednesday, September 6, 2017.
Promoters said the band has extended its ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour, which sold more than 2 million tickets and grossed more than $200 million in 2016, to include 30 more stadium dates in Europe and North America.
Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, December 9 in Canada and Europe, and Saturday, December 10 in the United States.
After performing in the Sun Bowl, the band is scheduled to perform in the Alamodome in San Antonio Saturday, September 9, 2017.
El Paso and San Antonio are the only dates scheduled in Texas.
The band’s iconic 1987 album “Appetite for Destruction” has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.
Its current lineup includes frontman Axl Rose, bassist Duff McKagan, lead guitarist Slash, Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese on keyboards, Richard Fortus on rhythm guitar, and Frank Ferrer on drums.
