Six juveniles arrested in string of downtown burglaries

Four teenage boys have been arrested after police say they took part in six business burglaries in El Paso.

A 16-year-old, two 15-year -olds and a 14-year-old were taken into custody for the burglaries in the downtown area since August.

A juvenile was arrested on Nov. 29 at Team International on the 3200 block of Durazno.

Investigators said the four juveniles were responsible for six burglaries of businesses that occurred from Aug. 21 and Nov. 29.

Investigators recovered items taken during the burglaries.

All four boys were turned over to the Juvenile Probation Department.

The investigation is ongoing.
