Hundreds fight in malls across the U.S.

There were numerous reports of fights in malls across the United States on Monday.

Reports came in from at least 10 different states including Ohio, Indiana, Texas, Connecticut, New Jersey, Tennessee, Colorado, Illinois, New York and North Carolina. No one has been seriously injured in the mall melees, which during the panic, also prompted numerous false reports of gunfire.

There has been no official word on whether these fights were related, but authorities are saying it appears to have been “loosely organized on social media.” Some of the malls even had to be evacuated due to the chaos.

Police in different states also reported numerous arrests.
