Two inmates walk away from La Tuna Camp

Two inmates walked away from the minimum security La Tuna Camp shortly before 9 a.m. Friday. Authorities learned they were gone when they failed to show up for their work detail.

The inmates were identified as Mario Cruz Jr., serving an eleven year prison sentence for “Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 5 kilos of cocaine” and Christian Reyes, serving a five year prison sentence on a Methamphetamine charge.
