Transmountain Road reopened after semi overturned
A semi overturned near the summit of Transmountain Road in Northeast El Paso, police said.
It happened at about 12:30 pm.
All lanes on Transmountain were closed at about 1:00 pm and reopened at about 3:30 pm/
Police said a person was transported to a nearby hospital but would not confirm whether that person was the truck driver.
