Narcotics operation in Northwest El Paso yields five arrests

Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Northwest Patrol Station conducted a narcotics operation in between April 19, 2017 and April 22, 2017.

The operation yielded 11 traffic stops and five arrests, a sheriff’s office spokeswoman said.

Linda Gallegos, 27, was arrested for “Possession of Marijuana” and “Possession of a Controlled Substance.”

Hector Quintero, 38, was arrested and charged with “Felon in Possession of a Firearm.”

Hector Martinez, 62, was arrested for “Possession of Marijuana (over 4 ounces).”

Gustavo Sanchez, 42, was arrested for “Theft Property (over $1500).”

Daniel Quezada-Ortega, 36, was arrested for five outstanding traffic warrants.

All subjects were booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
