Chihuahuas set to host job fairs

The El Paso Chihuahuas and Spectra foods are looking to employ qualified candidates for various jobs during the baseball season.

Candidates are encouraged to assist a pair of job fairs hosted by the Chihuahuas in the WestStar Bank Club at Southwest Park. The first job fair is scheduled for Wednesday, February 7 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm and the second is on Thursday, February 8 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Candidates are urged to take copies of their resume.

The Chihuahuas are also looking to fill positions for box office service, cleaning crew, retail, guest services, ushers, ticket takers, cash room attendant, parking lot attendants, facilities, security, game day entertainment staff, mascot helpers and kids playground attendants. Candidates must 18 years or older to apply.

Spectra will be hiring various positions including at City Hall Grill, Sun Kings Saloon, Weststar Bank Club Bar Areas, catering, concessions, kitchen, restaurant, cashiers, cash room attendant and warehouse.

In addition, the Chihuahuas are looking for outgoing candidates to join their promotions team. Auditions will be conducted Monday, January 29 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Interested candidates must register at EPChihuahuas.com prior to arriving at the auditions.
