New Mexico State University ranked as one of the most affordable online colleges

One of the most affordable online universities in the country is in the Borderland.

College Choice, a website dedicated to helping students and their families find the best colleges to fit their interests and needs, ranks New Mexico State University 19th out of 50 colleges.

NMSU in Las Cruces is the only university in the Southwest to be recognized in the top 20.

The average net price was listed at just over $10,200.

The university offers more than 35 programs, including doctorate and graduate certificate programs.
