Young Women’s Academy now taking applications for 2018-19
The Young Women’s STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy is accepting applications for girls interested in attending its campus for the 2018-19 school year.
Applications are open to girls who will be in sixth, seventh or eighth grade next school year.
Young Women’s Academy, El Paso Independent School District’s only single-gender school, is free and open to any girl living in El Paso.
Young Women’s Academy provides learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, that arts and math, using New Tech Network’s project-based learning techniques.
Transportation to the Academy is provided by EPISD to students who are accepted.
The school offers UIL sports and other clubs and organizations.
