UTEP Police: Man exposed himself near campus, requested sexual favors
UTEP police says a man appeared to expose himself and requested sexual favors from two different female students.
The incident occurred Thursday at approximately 9 am at 1600 Lawton and 1600 Prospect.
The suspect is described as a white or hispanic male in his early 40s with a medium complexion and medium build. He’s also described having a short cropped brown haircut, clean shaved and wearing dark clothing.
Police says the man was driving a black pick-up truck with large tires, a silver tool box and front push bumpers.
