Drug Take-Back Day happening April 28

Saturday, April 28, marks Drug Take-Back Day in the Borderland.

Expired and unused prescription drugs can be dropped off for disposal as part of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration’s annual event.

“This is a chance for families to get rid of any kind of prescription medications in their home to make your home safer,” said Heather McMurry, the Diversion Program Manager for El Paso’s division of the DEA.
