EPPD: Man suffering from dementia goes missing

El Paso Police has issued a local Silver Alert warning for a man who suffers from dementia.

Police say Ted Gavino, 59, has been missing since Monday, May 7, 2018 when he was last seen walking out of his home at 11628 Mocha Dune Drive.

He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with white lettering, dark grey slacks and black tennis shoes.

According to police, Gavino is 5-foot-7, weighs 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes and a balding hairline.

Police ask that anyone who locates Gavino call police at 915-832-4400 or 911.
