Recycling plant in east El Paso catches fire

El Paso firefighters were busy Sunday morning battling a recycling fire in East El Paso.

Fire units arrived at S-A recycling located in the 6800 block of Market and found recycling materials burning and on fire inside the plant.

Firefighters acted quickly and got water lines attached to the aerial fire hoses and began spraying water on the flames.

Crews got a lot of the burning black smoke out and were busy cleaning up the remains.

No injuries were reported, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
