EPPD: Woman arrested after officers found meth, cocaine and marijuana inside motel room

A woman was charged after officers found several drugs inside a motel room Wednesday night, police said.

Police said they discovered several people inside the room using drugs after someone called and reported activity at the Superlodge motel on Dyer Street.

Investigators said Lacey Nikita Goldsmith, 40, was in possession of meth, cocaine, marijuana and a 9mm handgun.

Goldsmith was booked into the El Paso County Jail with a $25,300 bond. She was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance.

Officers also found several glass pipes, a grinder and a scale inside the room, police said.

Authorities haven’t said if anyone else inside the room is facing charges.
