Early voting in New Mexico: where to cast your ballot

Early voting in New Mexico is underway for the Nov. 6 general election.

The front leaders in the race to replace New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez include U.S. Rep. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) and U.S. Rep. Steve Pearce (R). CLICK HERE for a look at a sample ballot with the other candidates running in this years election.

State election officials say all New Mexico voters who are registered may begin voting from Tuesday Oct. 9 until November 3.

Early voting can be done via a mail-in absentee ballot or in person at an early voting center as designated by the county.
