Texas man arrested for flying out of state to allegedly have sex with children

A Texas man has been taken into custody at a Kentucky airport after investigators say he intended to engage in sexual activities with what he believed were two underage minors he met online.

ABC Kentucky affiliate WTVQ reports Gregory Lee Hruby, 65, was taken into custody upon arriving at the Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky on Friday.

He has since been charged with four felony counts of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activities.

According to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, Hurby was the subject of a lengthy undercover investigation where he believed believed he was going to meet with two minors under the age of 12 for the purposes of sex.

Investigators say Hurby, who is from Brazoria, Texas, flew more than 900 miles to get to his destination.

His bail was set at $100.000.
