El Paso veterans receive holiday gifts
Christmas came a few days early for some deserving local veterans.
More than 150 veterans all got to open up their presents this morning at the abrosio guillen veterans home.
The gifts were donated through the gift giving tree located at the airport and other places throughout the city.
Every year – people can take off the tags from the tree displaying the gift some veterans might like.
Organizers tell us that some years – not every tag is taken off the tree.
But this year – thanks to O’reilly Auto Parts every single veteran was able to get a gift.
