$600 lotto ticket turns out to be much more

Jose Flores Velazquez of Virginia thought he'd won $600 in the lottery. It turns out that he won much more. Velazquez took his ticket to the Virginia lottery's customer service office.

There staff quickly noticed he had actually won $1 million. Velazquez had two options: getting one million over thirty years or a nearly $760,000 one time cash payment.

He went for the cash option. Velazquez says he plans to use the money to take care of his family and to possibly start his own business.
