Deadly conduct arrest made one month after after incident in west El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso police arrested a 29-year-old man Thursday for an incident that happened back in January in the Cincinnati Entertainment District.
According to police, Colleak Denzel Mciver of east El Paso, was one of two shooters at 2720 N. Mesa around 2 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13.
Police say no one was injured. McIver is charged with deadly conduct discharge of a firearm. His bond was set at $50,000.
Police are asking anyone with information about the second shooter to call the non-emergency number at 915-832-4400, or to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 915-566-5477.
