Fire Marshal: December’s downtown fire was unintentional and caused by an unknown heat source
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The condition 3 fire that engulfed a shoe store in downtown El Paso in December was unintentional, according to the El Paso Fire Marshal's Office.
Investigators say the fire originated at or near the Bravo/Charlie side of the structure, and the cause was an unknown heat source.
