National Guard continues to set barbed wire on El Paso border
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The National Guard continued setting barbed wire near the Rio Grande Tuesday morning.
Members of the Texas National Guard worked across the Rio Grande in the area near UTEP.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott first deployed national guardsmen in December after a surge of migrants coming through the southern border.
