Play equipment consumed by fire at Las Cruces park
LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) -- A fire broke out at Valley View park in Las Cruces Sunday afternoon.
The fire burned at the play ground area of the park. ABC-7 crews returned to the park Monday to check on the damage. They saw parts of the play equipment melted by the flames.
The park is located at 750 South Espina Street in Central Las Cruces.
