EL PASO, Texas - Nineteen-year-old Mikey Ramirez is living life to the fullest.

A senior at Eastwood High School, Ramirez is getting ready for graduation day.

It's been a long high school journey for Ramirez who despite having down syndrome, didn't let that deter him from his love of sports.

Ramirez was determined to get involved, so he became a team manager for Eastwood's football, basketball and baseball teams.

Anywhere Ramirez was needed, he was there.

Thursday on ABC-7 at 10, ABC-7 sports director, Adrian Ochoa brings us Mikey Ramirez's story.

How Ramirez was able celebrate his final year of high school, and how he won over the hearts of classmates, friends and the entire Eastwood community.
