Extreme weather causes electric outages across El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Electric's outage map is showing several outages.
The outages span most of the city, but are concentrated in the Upper Valley and West El Paso. A few scattered outages are also impacting customers in the Lower Valley.
The ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather team issued a First Alert Monday afternoon for rain across the Borderland.
