ABC-7 First Alert: Some additional rain and storms are possible early Wednesday

Showers and storms hit El Paso Tuesday night. Rainfall amounts were widespread across the area with some parts of town getting close to 1" while others picked up .25". The El Paso Airport received .11" as of late Tuesday night.

There will be some showers and storms that develop early Wednesday but not anticipating as much as we saw Tuesday night.

The chance for storms will diminish a bit for Thursday and then pick up a bit by later Friday and Saturday.

Temps will be in the upper 90s and low 100s for the rest of the week.
