T-bone crash on Edgemere kills 24-year-old

Update (October 30, 2024): 24-year-old Israel Josaiah is dead. El Paso Police Department Special Traffic Investigators say Josaiah was traveling south on War Arrow and turned onto Edgemere.

Police say Josaiah failed to yield the right of way to another car, resulting in a T-bone crash that killed Josaiah.

Police say failure to yield right of way was the main contributing factor in this collision.

This is the 56th traffic fatality of the year, compared with 62 this time last year.


EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - El Paso Police say one person has died after a crash early Sunday morning.

Special Traffic Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.

It happened just before 2:45 a.m. Sunday along Edgemere and War Arrow, that is about four blocks from Pebble Hills Elementary School.

Police have not identified the person who died or if any other injuries occurred.
