El Paso man charged with making a false police report
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Police charged Ruben Holguin Bonilla, 63, with making a false report to a police officer.
El Paso Police say that Holguin told officers on November 21 that his car had been stolen. The car was later found to be in Holguin's spouse's possession.
After making that discovery, police arrested Holguin and booked him into jail and given a personal recognizance bond.
