Fred Loya Small Business Stimulus Campaign
EL PASO, Texas -- Fred Loya Insurance has launched a small business stimulus campaign in which it will choose a small business in the El Paso area each week to be awarded $5,000.
To qualify, the business must be registered and have ten employees or fewer.
