Fire near Fort Bliss at Cassidy Road and Gateway North Boulevard

UPDATE (3:42 p.m.) -- El Paso Fire said it contained a brush fire at 3:10 p.m. Its units are still on scene. There is no word on what caused the fire.


EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Fire Department is putting out a fire near Fort Bliss Friday afternoon.

The fire started at Cassidy Road and Gateway North Boulevard just off US-54. EPFD received the report of the fire at 2:15 p.m.
