EL PASO, Texas -- Happening this Saturday, Bishop (MAJ) Paul N. Vincent is celebrating his 50th Birthday & 30 Years in Ministry, which includes 13 Years of Military Ministry as a U.S. Army Chaplain, (both on Active Duty & Army Reserve).

It will be on Saturday, Nov. 27 at the Kingdom Power Chapel on 11829 Gwen Evans Lane at 6 p.m.
