Man accused of sexually abusing a child arrested at White Sands Missile Range

DONA ANA COUNTY, New Mexico (KVIA) -- Law enforcement officers arrested 36-year-old Conception Morales just after 8 a.m. Monday.

Jail records show Morales was arrested on White Sands Missile Range.

Morales is facing two felony counts of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, according to Dona Ana County Detention Center records. Records show he was booked into the center without bond Monday.
