Transmountain Road reopens after snow closure; 1-10 west at Paisano reopens after semi crash
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The Texas Dept. of Transportation shut down Transmountain Road early Tuesday morning due to overnight snow in the Borderland.
The agency closed the road just after 5 a.m. and it reopened over five hours later around 10:30 a.m.
Meantime, a semi-trailer that flipped over on the slick pavement forced the closure of Interstate 10 westbound at Paisano. Just before noon, it finally reopened after wreckage cleanup.
ABC-7 issued a First Alert several days in advance to warn you about the wintry weather. You can view ABC-7's live Traffic Flows by clicking here.
