EL PASO, Texas – A new partnership aims to reduce El Paso's carbon footprint. The city, community groups, and General Motors are announcing the launch of the new initiative Thursday.
The partnership aims to improve charging station placements and usage for electric vehicles and establish vehicle-to-grid development research.
