Person barricaded inside East El Paso apartment
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Police Department officers are helping the U.S. Marshals with a SWAT situation in East El Paso.
There is a barricaded subject at an apartment complex at 7900 Viscount, just behind the Cielo Vista Walmart.
