MVT hosts 10th Annual Pay It Forward Golf Tournament benefiting El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - The El Paso Children's Hospital Foundation and the Children's Miracle Network received a much need boost in support through the 10th Annual Mesilla Valley Transportation Pay It Forward Golf Tournament.

The funds will help the provide care, resources, and other support for children and families who are receiving care at the El Paso Children's Hospital.

For a decade MVT has rallied behind area agencies to provide and help programs benefiting the community.

Today's tournament is a day centered on giving back, according to MVT.

Royal Jones, CEO of Mesilla Valley Transportation, said he was very proud and happy to be able to host this day at their new location and give to a great organization.

We chose El Paso Children's Hospital. We've toured it. We've met all the people, man, we hit a home run here because that's probably one of the best charities I've ever seen. They, they give back 100%. They care about kids. They care about taking care of. People that need help being taken care of and it just it warms our hearts," said Jones.

MVT and their partners raised $200,000 for the El Paso Children's Hospital Foundation and the Children's Miracle Network.
