Lower Valley crash snarls traffic at Gateway East & Hawkins
EL PASO, Texas -- A car crash in El Paso's Lower Valley has snarled Tuesday afternoon traffic.
Few details were available about the crash occurring at Gateway East at Hawkins, but police said multiple lanes were closed and traffic was backed up to Airway.
Police estimated it would be at least 3 p.m. before the crash scene could be cleared and all lanes reopened for motorists.
