ABC-7 First Alert: Tie down Halloween decorations, winds peak Wednesday & Thursday

An ABC-7 First Alert is in effect for windy conditions expected late Wednesday and Thursday. Winds will be from the west between 15 to 25 mph for El Paso Las Cruces with even stronger winds around the area mountains between 20 to 30 mph. The Sacramento Mountains, Otero Mesa, and northeastern Hudspeth County may see higher winds.
