StormTRACK Weather: Cloudy, warmer and the return of winds

Today's forecast calls for very warm and windy conditions. West to southwest winds will increase between 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph through Thursday. Temperatures will be a few degrees warmer with some locations reaching the low 80s. High clouds are expected to continue and some locations could experience patchy blowing dust.
