StormTrack Weather: Cold and cloudy start, breezy afternoon

Good Morning! The winter storm system that brought a mix of rain and snow across the borderland will be moving east on Tuesday. We will see a few lingering snow showers east of El Paso and in the Sacramento Mountains. Our high temperatures will be well below average in the 50s with breezy west winds.
