StormTrack Weather: Dry & cool Thursday, precipitation returns

Good Morning! A very cold start to the morning with feels-like temperatures in the teens and 20s. Thankfully the winds will be much lighter today out of the north around 5 to 10 mph.

We will be under mostly sunny skies, but high temperatures will run well below average for this time of year in the upper 40s and 50s for the El Paso and Las Cruces areas.

Overnight lows will get very cold across the entire region please remember the 4 Ps of cold weather and bundle up Friday morning.

The next weather system moves in Presidents Day weekend bringing precipitation followed by windy conditions.
