EL PASO, Tx. – An El Paso police officer is under arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault against a woman. Police say they began investigating the accusation against 16-year veteral officer Javier Alonzo on Tuesday. They found probable cause and issued an arrest warrant for Alonzo, however, he fled El Paso before officers could arrest him.
