El Paso man wanted on child sex abuse charges turns himself in to Sheriff’s deputies
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Officials with the El Paso Sheriff's Office say deputies with the Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested 38-year-old Jonathan Wendell Days May 25.
Officials arrested Days on two felony criminal warrants for Indecency with a Child (sexual contact) and one count of Burglary of Habitation. Sheriff's Office records show Days has been wanted on these charges since 2022.
Officials tell ABC-7 Days turned himself over at the El Paso County Jail after deputies failed several times to find him. Jail officials are keeping Days on a $76,000 bond.
