Way Out West announces Billy Currington as headliner

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The "Way Out West" Festival is partnering with Rave Marketing and Destination El Paso. The festival announced its layout plans and headlining, which will include country music star Billy Currington.

The festival also revealed it would expand the festival to bring a light to El Paso's rich history.
