El Paso Police charge 2nd man with murder in death of woman and her fetus

A second person has been charged with murder in the death of a woman and her unborn baby.

El Paso Police have arrested and charged 17-year-old David Cazarez with two counts of murder in the death of Alma Reaux and her 13-week-old fetus.

Cazares was identified by El Paso Police as the front right seat passenger in the vehicle that ran over and killed Reaux and the fetus.

Police say that Cazares took drugs from Reaux as they met in the street and concealed them out of Reaux’s reach.

Police say that when Reaux attempted to get the drugs back that the vehicle drove away, running her over.

Ruben Cazares was the driver of the vehicle and has been charged with two counts of murder.
