Fort Bliss opens Tax Center

Fort Bliss is making tax time less stressful for Active Duty military, mobilized Reservists, retirees, and family members.

The military base opened a new tax center near Cassidy Road on the west side of Fort Bliss.

Last year, the center processed approximately 5,000 returns generating customers more than $12 million and saving customers more than $1.2 million in tax preparation fees.

The grand opening ceremony was Friday.
