Convicted sex offender sought
Convicted sex offender Raul Montes is wanted by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The 24-year-old is accused of failing to notify the Sheriff’s Office of his change of address.
Montes was convicted of indecency with a child after he exposed himself in front of a 4-year-old girl.
