Free Uber Rides in Las Cruces for St. Patrick’s Day
District Attorney Mark D’Antonio and Uber are encouraging Las Cruces residents to plan ahead before celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
As part of an ongoing partnership, Uber will offer new users a $15 credit and existing users a chance to win $100 in free transportation. The $15 discount is enough to cover the majority of rides requested in the Las Cruces area.
D’Antonio said, “If you plan on drinking and driving, don’t plan on the luck of the Irish to keep you from getting pulled over. Take an Uber.”
New users can access the free ride credit by downloading the Uber app and entering the promo code DANTONIO. Meanwhile, existing users can qualify to win $100 in free transportation by entering the promo code JUSTICEMATTERS.
Uber will also donate $5 to the Shattered Lives campaign for every new user who signs up using the promo codes.
